Return/Cancellation Policy

2and7 Limited will issue a full refund of the purchase price where a fault is identified with a purchased item.  The refund does not include postage and the purchaser is responsible for paying postage for the returned item.

Pre sales advice is available from 2and7 Limited and it is the repsonsbility of the customer to ensure that anything purchased from 2and7 Limited is compatible with their existing systems.

Delivery Policy

Items that require shipping will be posted First Class within two days of payment clearance.  When purchasing virtual or downloadable content, the customer shall receive an email with instructions on how to download and activate the product along with licence codes, etc as required.
